+ Keep away from direct heat, harsh sunlight, or moisture for long periods.
+ For decorative keepsakes (such as embroidered bears or wall art), store in a dry place when not in use.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect and pack each item, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos and a video of the unboxing. We'll make it right!
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with an error. Please double-check all personalization details before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Vietnam with tracking. Delivery times vary by country, but typically take 10–25 business days. Express shipping options are available upon request.
How long does it take to make my order?
